As part of the Sena Sainik Udhyogamithram Project, a pre-recruitment selection camp is being organized for the young women and men who want employment in the forces such as Army, Navy, Air force ,Paramilitary, Police, Excise, Fire force, Coast Guard, Forest in Palakkad District. Young men women from 15 to 25 years of age in 14 districts of Kerala have the opportunity to participate in the camp. Students who are studying in SSLC, Plus Two, Degree, Diploma and also the candidates who have completed their studies can apply for pre-recruitment selection camp. Selection is absolutely free.

More than one lakh recruitments are going to be made in Central and State Government forces such as Army, Navy, Air Force, Paramilitary, and Police. This news was recently announced by the people who are related to this field. This news was very happy for those who want to get a job in the forces. This news is a part of the strength of our India. Our India is a part of the most magnificent military power in the world. The time when our country will change is not far. Every aspirant in Kerala would like to be in the forces, because not only they will get the opportunity to serve the country but also they will get salary above 40000 rupees, honorable position in society, a safe and secured life, and the pension after their retirement. But lakhs of job seekers in Kerala are not able to get these job opportunities. The main reason for this is that the candidates for these professions have very little efficiency. In the army sector those who write the exam, only 30% of students will pass, and only 10% of them will pass physical fitness test. This is the weakness of the candidates from Kerala. In the view of the upcoming 2 lakh vacancies camps are being organized for students and candidates in the government and aided schools in Kerala.

Sena Sainik Udhyogamithram is a massive employment program for the selected candidates who are preparing for these job opportunities and enable them to successfully get employment. The biggest feature of this scheme is to provide an opportunity to get the job in Army, Navy, Air force, Paramilitary, Police, by providing intensive training to face the required physical fitness test and written test. Candidates are being trained by the retirees from central force sections,who are served in higher posts. That’s why there is no doubt that the candidates will achieve 100% target.

In Sena Sainik Udhyogamithram Yojana, only 150 candidates are admitted from each district. SPRTC camp will notify in advance all about the vacancies. During the training candidates are given all the help to send application in the service sectors. Central Government gives lot of reservation for women, there are lot of job opportunities for women in this field. But lakhs of people in Kerala,there is a situation where many unemployed people are not able to pass the written test. This is why hundreds of institutes are working in Kerala to prepare the candidates for the written test required to get jobs in the posts. Therefore, there is no good system in Kerala today. 30% of those who pass the written test do not pass physical examination. The aim of this project is to prepare the candidates for the physicalfitness test and to prepare them for the written test and the interview to prepare them for the above mentioned positions. This camp provides all kind of fitness training for Army, Navy, Air force, Paramilitary, Police.

REASONS TO SELECT STUDENTS
BETWEEN 15 TO 18 YEARS FOR PRE-RECRUITMENT SELECTION CAMP

Selection is done through physical fitness, medical fitness, written test, document verification for central and state services like Army, Navy, Air force, Police etc.,

  • Boys with height between 165 to 170 c.m and girls with height of 157c.m are selected for the sena categories
  • The age limit of sena is 17.5 years to 21 years. But most of the students are looking for the field after the opposite studies and during this period their age reaches 21 due to the increase in vice in the categories and lack of fitness due to certain height bridge etc.,
  • Lack of awareness about the opportunities due to the prescribed height, weight, chest circumference visual acuity in the force fields leads to the loss of opportunities for candidates, for example the age limit for an average human eight is 15 to 17.5 and decreases thereafter, this lack of awareness restricts the entry of candidates.
  • The Sena Sainika Udhyogamithram scheme is working in Kerala with the aim of identifying the candidates aged 15 to 18 years who are denied opportunities due to such lack of knowledge and train then to get employment in their desired categories.
